Service Administration
This page contains information regarding the roles and configuration available to the Events Manager service administrators.
User Roles
| Roles | Description |

| ServiceUser | This user is able to create and manage events, configure reminder intervals and run reports. |
| ReportUser | This user is able to access the Report List functionality on Admin to run and export reports |
Service Roles
| User Type | Role | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Service Administrator | ServiceAdmin | This role allows a user to provision additional users for service |
| Template Administrator | TemplateAdmin | This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates |
| Static Data Administrator | StaticDataAdmin | This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. |

These roles can be granted singly or together in conjunction with other roles.
